Melody L. Hall, LMT Melody is the manager and primary massage therapist of Thai Touch Massage and Bodywork, LLC in Anchorage Alaska. She has a longstanding interest in yoga, natural healing, and holistic health care. In 2003 she was able to begin formal study of massage and bodywork in Australia, Thailand, and Florida. In 2004 and 2005 she was self employed as a part time massage therapist and as an independent contractor for the Kimane Salon and Spa in Pompano Beach Florida while also working as a teacher and later as Director of Studies at the Florida Language School. Melody now works full time as a teacher and part-time as a massage therapist and ESOL instructor. Daugherty, LMT Steven received his first Thai Massage in 1998 and felt instant relief and benefit from it. In 1999 he was introduced to deep tissue therapeutic western massage, prescribed by a sports doctor as a result of a knee injury caused by over training. Steven was instantly drawn into massage because it was so effective in eliminating his pain and increasing his flexibility. He started to study and practice massage as a hobby in 2000, and continued to do so while working in the Republic of Palau and receiving Thai massage on a regular basis in 2001 and 2002. In 2003 he was finally able to take a break from the practice of law and complete formal massage training in Australia, Thailand, and Florida. In 2004 and into 2005 Steven was self employed as a massage therapist and served as an independent contractor for the Kimane Salon and Spa and Spa Atlantis in Pompano Beach Florida. Steven now continues to study and practice massage part-time at Thai Touch Massage & Bodywork, LLC. His favorite modalities are Thai and deep tissue therapeutic massage, and his specialty is an integrative two hour deep tissue massage. Steve is available early evenings, weekends, holidays, and alternating Fridays. Late afternoon appointments on alternating Thursdays may also be available.
